Kathleen S. Boyd, D.D.S., M.S.

Dr. Kathleen S. Boyd has been providing exceptional endodontic care since 1994. Dr. Boyd earned her undergraduate degree, dental degree, Master of Science degree and Endodontic Certificate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  She completed an endodontics residency there as well.

To stay up-to-date on all the latest advancements in the field of endodontics, Dr. Boyd maintains active memberships with the American Dental Association, American Association of Endodontics, North Carolina Dental Society, Rowan County Dental Society, and the Tarheel Endodontic Association.

Dr. Boyd gives back to the community by being a volunteer dentist at the Rowan County Community Care Clinic and through her service as board member of the Salisbury Community Foundation. In her leisure time, she is a competitive runner and a mother of three children.



Sandra Madison, D.D.S., M.S.

Dr. Sandra Madison received her Bachelor of Science (BS), Master of Public Health (MPH) and Doctor of Dental Science (DDS) degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) at the Iowa City Veterans Administration Medical Center and her residency in Endodontics with a Master of Science (MS) degree from the University of Iowa. Dr. Madison served as a faculty member at the Universities of Iowa and North Carolina before entering private practice of endodontics. She continues as an adjunct associate professor at UNC. Dr. Madison has been actively involved in organized dentistry serving as director and president of the American Board of Endodontists, trustee and president of the R&E Foundation (now the AAE Foundation), director and president of the College of Diplomates and president of the AAE. She has served on the ADA Commission on Dental Accreditation and as a trustee of the NC Dental Society. During her academic career she published several textbook chapters, journals articles and abstracts. Dr. Madison has recently retired from 21 years of endodontic practice in Asheville, N.C. where she lives with her husband, Dr. Richard D. Jordan. They have three adult children and five grandchildren.
